Extensive UK/EU Tour: latest full dates/venues list - tickets On Sale Now

‘Dreams Of The Machine arises from the current state of the world we live in. What is real anymore, and who decides that?’

Electronic/live band Tinlicker, now a NL/UK trio, reveal the name & release date of their imminent fourth album. ‘Dreams of the Machine’, an audacious and timely look at AI, will drop February 27th on Remember The Future/[PIAS], heralded by their fourth LP single ‘Release’, out now, and followed by their UK/EU live tour starting in March.

Their 14-track album ‘Dreams of the Machine’: Tinlicker’s move to entirely live performance, and long-held commitment to melodic, organic use of live instruments, soulful vocals & lyrics, emotional indie guitar & orchestral strands, alongside superb use of technology and production, makes them ideally placed to creatively confront the present & future of AI in electronic music and in our daily lives – ‘where is the boundary between human and machine? Can we create a world in which both exist in harmony, organic and digital?’

LP single ‘Release’: rippling melodic arps are overtaken by reverb-heavy robotic bass and a fast, breaksy beat, to become high energy dance fuel as well as food for thought – ‘stop looking at your phone yeah,…don’t you wanna be seen?’ The lyrics’ theme reflects the structure, as tense builds and mood-change drops express the potential conflict between ‘human’ and the influence of AI-led algorithms.

At its heart, ‘Release’ is about how easily we slip out of the moment without noticing. The habit of checking, fixing and responding instantly on our phones and how that slowly takes over our attention to each other. We're not anti-technology, perhaps just quietly aware of what disappears when distraction becomes automatic. ‘Release’ is about pausing and staying in the moment with the people around you’ - Tinlicker

Tinlicker’s first major tour as a live trio kicks off in Berlin’s Columbiahalle early March; see below for full list of EU/UK dates including new venues (Manchester’s Albert Hall, London’s Exhibition, AFAS Live Amsterdam…), city debuts in Brussels, Oslo and Stockholm, and welcome returns to Paris and Dublin. Whispers have begun around their return to North America too for fans across the pond… The tour reinforces the success of the trio’s hectic 2025, including their biggest ever live show, the spectacular Tinlicker In The Park (Crystal Palace Bowl), after the original duo’s acclaimed ‘Cold Enough For Snow’ LP on [PIAS].
